Corrected missing cost codes in the MC Addition Section dialog when opening a sample project.
Corrected blank cost code and section values for subcontractor items added from the Master Table to a new project.
Section defaults now remain scoped to the selected section and can be removed cleanly when the related Master Level section is deleted.
